Kassandra Owens is a successful entrepreneur and Human Resources professional with over ten years of executive business management experience. She is the founder of Blue Raven HR, a company dedicated to helping companies develop customized human resources strategies and solutions. Kassandra is an alumnus of Sam Houston State University, where she earned her Master of Science degree. She is also certified by the Society for Human Resource Management (SHRM-CP) & HR Certification Institute as a Professional in Human Resources (PHR), two prestigious certifications that attest to her knowledge and experience in the field. Through her work at Blue Raven HR, Kassandra works to help businesses navigate their way through changes in the labor market, implement employee engagement initiatives and maximize their workforce potential.
